Service Description
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants are enveloped by the soothing vibrations of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks. It offers a chance to unwind, reduce stress, and release any tension or worries you may be holding onto. Here’s what you can expect during a sound bath: Preparation: You’ll settle into a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting, often with a blanket and eye mask to enhance relaxation. Breathing: The session typically begins with a few minutes of guided breathing to help center your mind and body. Listening: The sound practitioner will use a variety of instruments to create resonant, immersive sounds that encourage a calm, meditative state. Experience: As the sounds wash over you, you may find yourself entering a peaceful, dreamlike state, deeply connected with the present moment. Sound baths are known to promote stress relief, mental clarity, and emotional balance. They also provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with others who share similar wellness goals. While the effects can vary from person to person, many find that the benefits linger for hours or even days after the session. Since sound baths don’t involve water, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable, and warm clothing to ensure you feel as relaxed and at ease as possible. These sessions operate on a donation-based model. You are welcome to contribute an amount that is meaningful to you. Suggested donation is $33.
