Join us for a transformative evening at Whispering Pines Wellness Studio, where the changing of the seasons becomes a sacred invitation to pause, reflect, and renew. Our Equinox Fire Ceremony is a soulful gathering that honors the balance of light and dark, both in nature and within ourselves. We come together around the fire to welcome the season and release what’s ready to go. This is usually followed by an abridged sound bath, guided journaling, and breathwork - each practice is designed to deepen connection and facilitate inner clarity. Sometimes these gatherings are collaborations with other soulful practitioners, offering even more layers of healing and connection. Cacao or tea is often served. The evening culminates in a nourishing "feast" provided by Singing Sparrow Collective, offering a communal space to share, reflect, and celebrate the season's gifts. Whether you seek to honor the past, embrace the present, or welcome the future, our Equinox Fire Ceremony offers a gentle yet powerful space for transformation.
